Terms & Conditions
Please be informed that State Roofing & Exteriors is not liable for any roof leaks that may occur during or because of our roof cleaning and maintenance services. Additionally, if repairs or the installation of safety anchors are needed, please understand that the new ridge cap and or field roofing may not precisely match the existing color and product. Please note that an extra charge of $149 per anchor will apply for safety anchor installation, if necessary. Your understanding of these terms is greatly appreciated as we work to provide you with the best service possible.
