Terms & Conditions

Please be informed that State Roofing is not liable for any roof leaks that may occur during or because of our roof cleaning and maintenance services. Additionally, if repairs or the installation of safety anchors are needed, please understand that the new ridge cap and or field roofing may not precisely match the existing color and product. Please note that an extra charge of $149 per anchor will apply for safety anchor installation, if necessary. Your understanding of these terms is greatly appreciated as we work to provide you with the best service possible.

MAINTENANCE PLANS INCLUDE:

Club Concierge | You’ll be working with a single individual who’ll know your roof in and out. They’ll communicate with you in advance to coordinate your maintenance and ensure your roof receives the attention it needs.

Designated Service Team | Our Service Technicians are equipped with all the tools to keep your roof looking beautiful and performing optimally all year long.

Priority Service | Multi-year maintenance plan customers have priority scheduling for maintenance AND repairs.

Inflation Protection | Regardless of the price change, customer locks in membership price at the rate of initial registration for initial registration for up to 3-years.

Transferrable | Prepaid maintenance plans are transferrable to new homeowner (1-time transfer only)

Extended Warranty | Extend your current State Roofing Workmanship Warranty by 1-year for every 2-years of prepaid maintenance, up to 12-years total workmanship warranty as long as maintenance membership is maintained through renewals.

Roofing Cleaning Once, Twice, or Three times a year:

Blow off major debris from roof.
Clean inside of gutters – soft wash not included
Clean Skylights and Sun Tunnels (Outside only)
Touch up paint on roof fixtures
Thoroughly inspect roof system with inspection sheet.
Apply moss retardant.
Service tech will ensure a meticulous cleanup of the surrounding areas and haul away debris.
A signed final checklist left behind detailing the work that was performed by our technician.
